  • Forming Mold: in aluminum or steel to thermoform the structure.
  • Pinching Mold: in steel with blade and counter-blade or matrix/punch technology to cut the component contour.
  • Checking Fixture: in resin (light) or in aluminum (full) to check dimensionally the component.

Thermoforming Technology

In this process a trilaminate material is normally used, already coupled to aesthetic material (dilour); the raw material is heated up and then formed with a water-cooled mold.

Afterwards component contour trimming is made using matrix/punch technology.
