- Forming Mold: in steel or aluminum, to thermoform aesthetic material (decor). The mold is water-cooled and form raw material already laminated and heated up with specific ovens.
- Cutting Tool: following project requirements, it can be done with cutting tool or with Water Jet technology, to cut all the contour of the cavity and to realize the internal holes.
- Foaming Mold: aluminum or steel mold, normally casted. Mold is heated up through heating elements or coils to assure the adequate flow of the foam.
- Checking Fixture: in resin (light) or in aluminum (full) to check dimensionally the component.
